We began by updating the entire interior of the main house, beginning with a full remodel of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The kitchen was redesigned with sleek, high-end finishes, featuring custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and an open-concept layout that encourages both family gatherings and gourmet cooking. The bathrooms were revamped with elegant tile work, modern fixtures, and smart storage solutions, while the bedrooms received fresh flooring, updated lighting, and custom design details to create cozy, inviting spaces. The living room was redesigned to foster a sense of openness and flow, with updated flooring, modern furnishings, and new lighting to enhance the natural beauty of the space.

Casita Addition:
One of the standout features of this project was the addition of a brand-new Casita—an independent, fully functional living space that includes its own kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. This separate unit was designed to seamlessly integrate with the main house, offering privacy and convenience for guests, extended family, or as a rental unit. We chose materials and finishes that complement the main house, while also creating a comfortable and stylish living environment for its occupants.

Exterior & Pool Design:
We didn’t stop inside! On the exterior, we designed a beautiful new landscape that perfectly complements the home’s modern aesthetic. The backyard was completely transformed, with lush, low-maintenance greenery and thoughtfully placed outdoor features. The highlight of the exterior remodel is the stunning new pool, designed with both relaxation and style in mind. We added a Baja tanning shelf for a luxurious touch, allowing for the perfect spot to relax or entertain by the water.

This comprehensive remodel reflects our commitment to blending functionality, style, and comfort in every space. From the Casita to the main house, from the updated interior to the newly designed exterior, this project is a true testament to what can be achieved with expert design, coordination, and execution. This condo staging project was completed on a tight budget, yet we were able to completely rejuvenate the space with strategic design choices. By focusing on key updates, including carefully selected wallpaper, we were able to transform the interior, adding character and style that made a significant impact. The wallpaper not only brought a fresh, modern touch to the condo but also elevated its appeal, ultimately boosting the resale value and enhancing the listing price. With thoughtful staging and minimal investment, we turned this condo into a desirable, move-in-ready home that stands out in the market.

This San Diego studio condo flip was completed on a tight budget, yet the transformation is nothing short of impressive. We completely renovated the space, starting with new carpet throughout the living area and sleek vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, creating a clean, modern foundation.
